The next step in the process is to pay a deposit and secure your wedding date. Booking your wedding early means more convenient construction times and day-of services, as we do schedule brides on a first-come, first-serve basis. Our times fill up fast, so please don’t delay! 
You will need to sign contracts which will be submitted with your initial deposit. Depending on the nature of your order and what flower options you choose, you may have to sign more than one. Possible forms you may have to sign include: Rental Contract, Do-It-Yourself Contract, Designer Contract, Bulk Boxlot Contract, Delivery Contract, etc.
Signed contracts alone will not book your wedding. You must submit a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding date with The Flowerman. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You may mail your cash or check deposit to us along with the signed contracts. If you wish to pay your deposit with a credit card, please call your Flowerman representative and give all of the necessary numbers over the phone… do not include that particular information in the envelope with your contracts.
If you have requested your proposal to be priced with both Do-It-Yourself and Designer pricing, please customize your order and let us know which items you would like to make yourself and which items you would like our design team to make for you. You may mix-and-match between the options in whatever way you prefer.
You will need to finalize any changes to your order and pay the remaining balance at least 21 days before your wedding. It is very important that we receive the final payment, because we cannot place your order without it. Please be prompt with your payment… if you wait until less than 21 days before your wedding to pay, you will be charged late fees and it may become difficult for us to obtain your desired flowers.
Don’t forget that we offer combination weddings as well! If you feel overwhelmed by the amount of arrangements you will have to make yourself, consider letting our full-service design team help by making some pieces for you. We can easily make the switch and email you a new proposal with your updated cost. Don’t be afraid to make changes to your order or convert to a combination wedding if you feel you must… any deposit money or other payments already made will still be credited toward your final balance with no penalties or fees, provided you give us at least three weeks’ notice.
