Don’t be afraid to make changes to your order, add or subtract rental pieces, request a mock-up session, or convert to a combination wedding if you feel you must… any deposit money or other payments already made will still be credited toward your final balance with no penalties or fees, provided you make the changes at least 21 days before your wedding date. Don’t forget that we offer combination weddings as well! If you feel overwhelmed by the amount of arrangements you will have to make yourself, consider letting our full-service design team help by making some pieces for you. We can easily make the switch and email you a new proposal with your updated cost.
You will need to finalize any changes to your order and pay the remaining balance at least 21 days before your wedding. It is very important that we receive the final payment, because we cannot place your order without it. Please be prompt… if you wait until less than 21 days before your wedding to pay, you will be charged late fees and it may become difficult for us to obtain your desired flowers. If you neglect to pay, you may show up for your construction party and not have any product to work with at all… we’d hate to see that, so please don’t forget!
